Reformer Pilates

Dynamic Reformer Flow

Get ready to unleash your inner strength and sweat in our in our Dynamic Reformer Flow Pilates class.

With a focus on flowing movements and controlled progressions, you’ll challenge your muscles and build strength from head to toe.

Our expert instructors will guide you through each exercise, helping you find your edge and push your limits.

Leave feeling energized, empowered, and ready to take on anything.

Please note that this class is not suitable for pregnant clients past 12 weeks.

Stretch & Flow

The ultimate way to achieve total body wellness through exercise. This low-impact class focuses on gentle movements that will help you improve your balance, stability, and flexibility.

Our experienced instructors use lighter springs and longer holds to create a challenging workout that is safe for all
fitness levels. The perfect blend of mindful movement and stretching.

We recommend starting with 5-10 Stretch and Flow classes to help you build a strong foundation for your practice.

Please note that prenatal clients are allowed on a case by case basis.

Mat Pilates

Hot Mat

Get ready to work up a sweat in our signature Hot Mat Pilates Flow class.

This full-body workout incorporates various props, including dumbbells, Pilates balls, and booty bands, to challenge and tone your muscles.

Our experienced instructors each bring their unique style to the class, ensuring a diverse and engaging workout every time.

The class takes place in our heated room, with temperatures ranging from 30-32 degrees, to help you stretch deeper and increase your flexibility.

Don't forget to bring a large towel and water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.
